Il. Bob was born August 24, 1940, in Chicago, Il., son of Allen and Helen (Juronis) Radville. He
graduated from Gage Park High School, then attended Illinois Institute of Technology and
Christian Life School of the Bible. He served in the U.S. Navy. He married Lynne Payette on
August 24, 1973 in Rockford, Il. He was a self employed truck driver, driving team with his wife
for many years. They put over 2,000,000 miles on their Peterbilt truck, traveling the 48 states and
Canada. Home base to California every week was their main haul. He was CEO of

Radville’s Garden Center and the Christian Corner Bookstore. Bob was a member of Owner

Bob loved his family and family activities, camping, fishing, boating, and helping his girls at horse
shows. Getting his love of horses from his wife, he made her dream a reality. A reality that passed
down to their children and grandchildren. He loved reading Louis L’Amour books and the cowboy
way of life. Trucking and building things, another passion, was passed on to his boys. In the last
few years, Bob has taken up cooking, with cherry pies his specialty. His last dinner for us, was
lasagna, made totally from scratch, and it was awesome. He will be greatly missed by his family
and his furry family of horses, cats, dogs, Molly and Polly, who were blessed by his love and care.
